1. Use original photos: Try not to re-use images from Whatsapp/social media platforms as these typically save at lower resolutions and can be blurry when printed in large format.
2. Camera choice: Use a camera or smartphone to take your photo and save in the highest resolution possible.
3. Framing & Lighting: Ensure the head, shoulders and chest are clearly visible, filling in as much as the frame as possible. We recommend taking the photo in a well-lit area. You may want the subject to wear their favourite football kit to give the card a more realistic look!
4. Background: Avoid busy backgrounds or motion in the photo for a clearer image (this will be removed anyway but it makes it easier for us to do so).
5. Saving & Upload: Save to your device as a high-resolution JPG or send to us directly via our upload portal.
