Will I Be Charged Import Duty?

CardCreators ships worldwide. Depending on your location, your government may apply customs duties or import taxes to your order. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are outside of our control.

United Kingdom

No additional charges. The price you pay at checkout includes all taxes and fees. Nothing extra will be due on delivery.

European Union

For orders under €150, all customs and duty fees are covered by CardCreators.
For orders over €150, local duties and taxes may apply. If so, your customs office will contact you before or during delivery with instructions.

Note: This does not apply to Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, or Sweden — please refer to the “Rest of the World” section below.

Rest of the World

Customs charges may apply depending on your country’s import thresholds and regulations. These vary, so we recommend checking local guidance or performing a quick search to understand the import rules from the UK to your country.
