All our products at CardCreators are personalised and manufactured to order for our customers. Due to this, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.

However, if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@cardcreators.com with photographic evidence of the issue and we will gladly issue a replacement or store credit. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must have been damaged during delivery, lost in transit, or feature a mistake we've made while personalising it.

If the order is not received within 15 working days from the day of shipping, we will investigate and process a replacement if the package is considered lost.
